hello from kuching. i now in the seminar room listen to the speaker popeh popeh.
good try la.i think what i have learnt are:
i ) I always pray before or during the conversation. Ask God to tell me how to help.
ii) Listen . LIsten. Listen
iii)let them know that they have to make their own decision. you can only GUIDE n ADVISE.
iv) DONT GET EMO with them. You should stand above the problem.
v) always give solution and be there for them when they need you.
vi) there is only so much that we can do. after we advise, if they dont want to take action. We pray!
Jia You Yung! You can only give when you urself have a lot 'inside' you. so read and build urself.....
